Beth Duschatko, MSN, MS, MBA, RN, CEN, CCHP, NEA-BC
Beth is a board-certified Emergency and Correctional nurse and Nurse Executive. She has led nursing teams of over 120 at a Level 1 Trauma Center, consulted with Hospital Risk Management as a Patient Relations representative, worked in the medical device and diagnostics industry, and as the Responsible Healthcare Authority at a county correctional facility. Her diverse experience and education mean she can evaluate a case the way the clinicians actually thought at the time- not from a textbook, but from the floor.
She employs a team of critical care, post-anesthesia care, ER/Trauma, correctional nurses and mid-level providers.
Beth is a Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona (compact state), California, Massachusetts and British Columbia. She is currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
